Right to Withdraw from the Agreement
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement for the provision of access to content or digital services of the Service Provider within 14 days without giving any reason unless you have lost such right by giving your consent to the performance of the Service before expiration of the withdrawal period and, at the time of giving such consent, you were informed about the loss of your right to withdraw from the agreement.The deadline to withdraw from the agreement expires after 14 days from the date of the conclusion of the agreement (i.e., of placing the order).To exercise your right of withdrawal from the agreement, you must inform LangMedia sp. z o.o., ul. Rapackiego 5, 53-021 Wrocław, e-mail: mail@becorrect.com, of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g. via a letter sent by post or e-mail).You can use the model withdrawal form annexed to the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 287 with amendments), also provided to you in Point II of this Information; however, it is not mandatory.To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send information relating to the exercise of your right to withdraw from the agreement before the expiration of the withdrawal period.Effects of Withdrawing from the Agreement
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will immediately return to you all payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivering the items (except extra costs resulting from the method of delivery you chose other than the least expensive type of ordinary delivery offered by us), and in any other case, no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this agreement.We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction unless you have explicitly consented to some other solution; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.If you have requested the commencement of the provision of services before the deadline for withdrawal from the agreement, you will pay us an amount proportionate to the scope of the services provided until you informed us of your withdrawal from this agreement. -
